No-School Day Camp Registration & Cancellation Policy

Please double-check your school’s calendar before registering.

Aristocrafts offers no-school day camps for students attending various private and public schools throughout

Washington, DC, and Maryland. School calendars vary, and camp dates may not apply to every school.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

30 days or more before camp:

If you cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled camp date, we can issue a refund minus a $15 administrative fee.

Less than 30 days before camp:

No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, schedule changes, or registrations made for the wrong date.

No exceptions:

Once the 30-day cancellation window has passed, the registration fee is

nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to another camp date or applied as a credit.

We understand that plans can change, and we have always tried our best to accommodate families whenever possible.

However, last-minute changes make it difficult for us to manage staffing, supplies, and camp enrollment.

To ensure fairness and consistency for all families, we are now applying this policy uniformly.

Thank you for your understanding.
